Geography Week - Food From Afar

We had a fantastic turnout for our 'Food from Afar' food tasting evening as part of our Geograpphy Week. There were lots of Geographical activities taking place in the hall aswell some great food from around the world.


Handwriting Workshop

A big thank you to all of the parents who attended our handwriting workshop.


Sports Pitch & New EYFS Equipment

We have added a new astroturf pitch and basketball markings to our playground and the Early Years foundation Stage (EYFS) have a brand new climbing frame/slide and play area.


New Reading Shed Opened.

Our new reading shed was officially opened on Tuesday 17th October by noted childrens author Pippa Pixley . The reading shed has been named 'Di's Reading Den' and is dedicated to the memory of former member of staff Mrs Diane Hadfield who sadly passed away in 2016. Mrs Hadfield's family were also present at the opening and balloons were also released.

Rememberance Garden

Next to our new reading shed we have planted a Rememberance Garden using aluminium Poppies that were made by last years Year 6 class. This garden will stay in bloom the whole year round.
